The QT-TO1000 Terahertz three-dimensional tomography system is the first time-of-flight (FOT) tomography product to be commercialized in China. It can achieve the fastest imaging speed of 60 pixels/s, the imaging depth of field can reach more than 9mm, and the longitudinal resolution can reach 30um. At the same time, each pixel of the acquired image contains a complete terahertz waveform, so it has the function of spectrum measurement, and the spectrum width can reach 4THz, which truly realizes the integration of maps. Suitable for thickness inspection, tomography, non-metallic non-destructive inspection scenes.
